i haven't moved from the spot where u left me

needless to say, the re-appearance of this blog has not coincided with a sudden burst of inspiration on my part and a flurry of posts. so i suppose i should write something of interest today then. well i'm ill, so i may as well moan about that a bit. not that it's really worth moaning about. somehow it doesn't seem right, not to mention fair, to have a cold over the hottest weekend we've seen in a while. once i again i've chosen the option of ignoring it and hoping it'll go away (a trick i think i picked up from my mum ;) ). besides it wouldn't have gone down well at work if i'd phoned in sick after having a week off. therefore i've decided to share a healthy dose of my germs with the poor unfortunate people i work with. one thing i've noticed this time around is that rather than waking up in the middle of the night, sneezing and spluttering, i wake up and am unable to get to sleep until i sit up in be which, as soon as i do it, makes me burp and lets me fall back asleep. maybe i should donate myself to medical science? a handy way of supplimenting my measly income and meeting those nasty student loan repayment and being able to eat at the same time. i'm assuming they'd pay me - tho the use of the word donate makes me wonder. i may need to research this one a little. anyway, trusting in the all conquering power of lemsip i'll be back on here soon posting something a little more worth wasting your time reading.
