climbing up the walls

so, it's just after ten o'clock (despite what the time on this post says - i'll have to look into that), been at work for an hour and already run out of stuff to do. the situation is not helped by having someone on my right who insists on eating really stinking bananas and someone on my left who will refuse to listen to anything other than shit like agadoo and rolf fucking harris - i dread the day i forget to bring my headphones in. now to start with, i have to admit i was quite fond of the idea of getting paid for doing fuck all except surfing the net (and reading my book when i can get away with it) but the novelty is definitely starting to wear off. there's only so many times a day you can look at BBC news when there's nothing much exciting going on in the world. with any luck there'll be some kind of momentous world event taking place later today which i can watch unfolding online. even better would be for something exciting to happen outside the window (which i must admit is more and more resembling prison bars recently), but seeing as nothing exciting has ever happened in north cheam this isn't really a likelihood. obviously it'd be unfortunate for whoever it was who's country was being 'liberated' live online, but if that's the price that has to be paid to stop me going loony tunes sat in front of a computer then so be it. it's going to be a long day.....
